Our Hero

In December we met with Hudson's first family.

I'm so grateful for this relationship that's growing.

I love seeing how he is snuggled up so close to her, looking up at her as if to say "thank you for loving me into my momma and daddys arms and those crazy, funny, loving brothers!" and she is selflessly smiling and happy that he has such a beautiful family.

Wow, I have goosebumps and tears in my eyes. How wonderful for Hudson to have two women who loved him more than themselves. Bless her, and bless your family.

AWESOME, what a brave selfless young woman!
I have no idea who our boys biological families are as they wre both abandoned when they were around a day old. But its ok. Ipray for the bio moms every day, that God reaches out to them and gives tham peace and a knowing that their babies are ok.

AMEN! Oh, I love this post! I am so excited that you got to see J. I am so excited that Hudson got to cuddle her. I don't know about you, but seeing my children with their birthparents makes me so thankful. I am so glad that they get to know them.

Thank you for this incredibly written post. Thank you for helping people to see birthmothers for who they are. Thank you for stating that they don't "give up" their babies. Thank you for pointing out how SELFLESS they are and how painful this decision is.

Thank you for letting me see just a smidgen of her sweet face...I pray blessings upon her life!
